Coho was completed by Landmark in 2017 in Dunkeld West. The company’s published case study describes 24 apartments ranging from large 107 m² one-bedroom units to a 350 m² multi-level penthouse.
Specification and positioning
The project description cites integrated Miele appliances, designer kitchens and bathrooms, municipal gas for cooking and heating, Wi-Fi connections, double basement parking and private storerooms.
Its North Road location places the development between the Hyde Park and Rosebank retail and lifestyle nodes — an example of Landmark’s stated emphasis on location as the starting point for a residential project.
